DAMPLAID SA in order to upgrade its internal procedures has established a new department under the name ''Support Department''. The target is to improve the collaboration between Sales, Logistics and Technical Service.

The new department will handle the Repair entry and drive through, Technical Service, Supervision of Service Contracts, Installation Project Management, Delivery Quality Control, Events organization, Customer Training Program Organization, Demo and Stock Control. This Support Department has separate secretary assistance and a telephone and internet direct access.

This new development will improve the different levels of support we are providing already. It will increase our efficiency, improving the sales of capital equipment and disposable items.
